How to track my order?

We will dispatch your orders to third-party courier companies like Ninjavan, JTC, and more. With the tracking number, you will be able to trace your order status.

How long will it take to process the refund?

You will be notified once we initiate the refund from our backend. Afterwhich, it will be refunded back via the mode of payment you used. The duration process is dependent on the bank of your card, in general, it will take between 7 - 14 working days.

I received my order but it is wrong, incomplete, or damaged. 

To not worry, please take a photo of the parcel / complete order received in a single photo and email it to us at thecharmlinger@gmail.com. Our customer service will get in touch with you to resolve this issue.

I changed my mind. Can I return the product?


Once the order is dispatched out, no return or cancelation will be processed. If the order is wrong or damaged, please inform us via email at thecharmlinger@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of receiving and we will assist you on an exchange.

I am not staying in Singapore. Can you ship overseas?

Yes, we can. When you process your order, please select overseas shipment. Once we receive your order, our order fulfillment will check on the shipping cost based on your delivery address and share the selection with you via email. No hidden charges. You will be charged accordingly to what the shipment company quotes.

Can I make amendments to my order?

To make changes, please contact us via email at thecharmlinger@gmail.com as soon as you process your order. As long the order is not dispatched, we will be able to add product, deduct product or cancel your order manually.

How long is the delivery duration?

For local, it will be within 2 - 3 working days. For overseas, it will be within 7 - 14 working days depending on the courier selection the customer picked.

Do you provide same-day delivery?

When you checkout, there are 3 shipping options available for local delivery. For more information, you can refer to our shipping and exchange policy.

Why you do not stock the complete range of the brand?

Our founder and team personally handpicked and test every single product as we would only want to promote the best. We will love to share our experience with you, do check out our reviews under each product listing.

Do you provide a free sample of the product or can I request a sample to test?

Well since we believe in trying before sharing, yes we will always be happy to provide you a sample. However, it depends if we can get support from our distributor too. No guarantee but we will strive to negotiate for you!

Do you have a physical store?

Space in Singapore is really expensive. As much as we would love to but for now we are keeping business strictly online.

What are your operating hours?

Oh, our online store does operate 24/7. However, our backend only works from Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm.
