  • If there is an error (e.g. wrong or suspected typo for address) in an order received, an email will be sent to the Customer for further clarification.

  • The customer is allowed to amend the order i.e. add, remove or change the product before it is being processed by informing our team via email at

  • For bulk or special orders, you may email us directly at for a quotation or customized invoice.

  • Mode of Payment available:

  • The currency quoted on the store is Singapore Dollars.


Store Policy

At The Charm Linger, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies.   • Option 1 - Standard Shipping
    Estimated Delivery Duration: 2 - 3 Working Days
    Shipment Fee: Flat Rate at S$3
    Free Shipment when order is above $70


  • Option 2 - Same Day Delivery
    Estimated Delivery Duration: Within 24 Hours
    Shipment Fee: Flat Rate at S$10


  • Option 3 - Express Delivery
    Estimated Delivery Duration: Specific Timing (Please State)
    Shipment Fee: Flat Rate at S$15


  • Once an order with overseas shipment is received, a follow-up email will be sent to the Customer with the overseas shipping selections. After confirmation, a shipping invoice will be sent to the Customer. Once payment is processed, we will proceed to ship out your order and a tracking number will be issued to the customer. Free shipment is currently not available at this moment.

Please note:

  • Products under dropshipping or group buy will have a longer delivery duration. Duration estimation or ship-out date will be stated in the product listing. If the customer made an extra shipping fee, we will initiate a refund to you without question asked. 



  • If you made a mistake in your order or you would like to cancel the order, please email us immediately to make amendments. Once the order is dispatched out, no changes will be allowed.

  • Once an order is dispatched out, no returns for change of mind will be allowed or entertained.

  • The Charm Linger accepts the exchange of the products if they meet all the following criteria:

    • Informed TCL on the exchanged within 7 days of receiving stating the reason and order number.

    • The product is unused, unopened with the original packaging intact, and in selling condition.

    • The product is purchased must be from TCL online store.

  • Promotional and/or bundled items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 


  • As stated above, we do not allow return due to a change of mind but we do allow return and refunds for the non-defective product(s). Refunds for defective products are based on a case-by-case basis and investigation will be taken place. To speed up the process, kindly write to stating the defective reasons and attached along with photos or video of the defective product(s).

  • Refunds are typically issued back in the same way as their original payment method, however, if you would opt to store this credit for your next purchase, we can assist you with too. 

  • The refund will be processed after the investigation is completed and the item is returned back to The Charm Linger LLP. TCL reserves the right to withhold the refunds if the original item or its accompanying parts or freebie are not received.

  • TCL accepts exchanges for products purchased through our online store if the product is still in its original state i.e. good and sellable condition. For product exchanges, you will need to write to with your order number and reason for the exchange within 7 days of invoice. If your product exchange request is approved, we will contact you for further instructions.

  • The Charm Linger is responsible to make sure that the item is securely packed before dispatch. If you have opened the packaging and found that your item is broken or damaged, please take a photo of the damage immediately and send it to TCL will contact you to guide you on the process of exchange.
